By accessing our website, purchasing our hardware, or using our mobile application and dashboard (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Guro GPS provides GPS tracking hardware and a cloud-based software platform for vehicle, fleet, school transport, employee, logistics, pet, animal, and child tracking, along with AIS 140 compliant devices for commercial vehicles. Features and availability may vary by plan and product.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Device plans include first-year SIM connectivity and software access unless specified otherwise; subsequent years require a renewal fee communicated prior to expiry.
• Custom/enterprise pricing is subject to a separate quotation and agreement.
• Payment must be completed in full before hardware dispatch or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Wired GPS trackers and AIS 140 VLTD units require professional installation by a certified technician. Magnet and pet trackers are designed for self-installation. Guro GPS is not liable for damage arising from installation performed by unauthorized third parties.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Track any individual without their knowledge and lawful consent, except where permitted (e.g. a parent tracking a minor child, or an employer tracking company vehicles/consenting employees during work hours as disclosed);
• Violate any applicable law, including privacy and surveillance regulations;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services or servers;
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label our Services without a separate written agreement.

While we target high platform uptime, GPS tracking depends on factors outside our control, including satellite visibility, cellular network coverage, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability or network gaps.

Hardware devices carry a standard manufacturer warranty against defects for a period specified at the time of purchase. Except as required by law, Guro GPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from missed alerts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make payment for renewal fees after reasonable notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Amritsar, Punjab.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
